For the month of July, Tingum has become Boulud Beach at Tingum on the Sand as Chef Daniel Boulud and Executive Chef Antoine Baillargeon of Café Boulud The Bahamas has brought their French influence to the outpost. Boulud Beach offers fresh, light fare with a coastal focus. The menu includes a classic Salade Niçoise featuring tuna, frisée lettuce, potatoes, green beans, anchovies, and olives; lobster roll served on house-made brioche with lettuce and crispy vegetables; grilled snapper with corn, zucchini, and chorizo; or Chef Boulud’s signature Wagyu burger on brioche bun with pomme frites.

This is an experience that means you will get sand between your toes, but you won’t mind, at all. This sensory adventure at Boulud Beach at Tingum on the Sand is available through July 31. Rosewood Baha Mar has also introduced a Mexican Sunday brunch experience at Costa, featuring a specially curated Mexican-inspired menu by Chef Juan Meza, prepared to combine the flavors of The Bahamas and Mexico.

Appetizers are served family-style. Delivered to your table are guacamole with salsa and chips, street corn, Mexican shrimp cocktail with plantain chips, a cactus (nopales) salad, huevos rancheros and eggs benedict, Mexican style with poblano hollandaise. And you are free to indulge at the buffet station featuring a grill station with offerings that include fish zarandeado, a hundreds-years-old method of grilling fish in Mexico.

The fish is often split from head to tail before grilled .
