Reality TV legend Charlotte Crosby has shared a worrying message with her followers after being rushed to hospital. The 34-year-old revealed she’d been taken to A&E and is now recovering at home from an infection. Charlotte wrote: ‘2 hospitals, 4 attempts at taking bloods, 2 attempts at fitting a canula and 7 hours later.

‘I’m home with finally the right medication and the first lot given intravenously. A very very long night last night!’ Alongside a selfie from hospital with her mum, Charlotte added: ‘My poor mam is also so poorly with a viral infection and can’t even open one eye anymore..

’ The Geordie Shore star went on to share a clip showing them both recovering at home, writing: ‘She’s a very poorly mama. ‘She’s got a viral infection and I’ve got bacterial. ‘Both in the wars thank god Alba’s in nursery today because Jake’s working in London.

’ This comes after Charlotte was hospitalised late last year with suspected pneumonia , after struggling to shake weeks of an illness. Charlotte’s mum Letitia was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2022, while Charlotte was pregnant with her first child. In an episode of her reality series Charlotte in Sunderland , she broke down in tears sharing the news, saying it had hit the family ‘like a tonne of bricks’.
