Rant and Rave: Reader not satisfied with veggie tray cherry tomatoes

RANT to cherry tomatoes in grocery store premade veggie trays. Broccoli? Crunchy. Carrots? Crisp.

Tomatoes? Consistently mushy and mealy. And the trays always have twice the number of inedible tomatoes as the other vegetables. Listen, if you don’t think the tomatoes will last, add more of the good stuff.

RAVE to Seattle Public Schools and the PTSA parents. They put on such a lovely graduation and senior spree event, keeping our kids safe and giving them a really great final night of high school. RANT to the self-checkout witch who repeatedly, and annoyingly, tells me to remove my items when bagging.

This senior is moving as fast as she can. Patience, my dear. Sheeez.

RAVE to “Sweet Tooth” on Netflix for playing “‘Cello Song” by the great Nick Drake. Sadly, Drake died 50 years ago, and it’s heartwarming that people are still paying attention to his music..
