Summery spritzes are so in season The folks at Milan-based NIO Cocktails, a ready-to-drink cocktail brand, clearly have a bit of time on their hands. For some reason, they’ve been poring over five years’ worth of weather charts for the UK, looking at average rainfall, temperatures and wind speeds for various cities to determine the most likely date for the start of the outdoor drinking season in each place. And for Belfast and Northern Ireland they reckon it’ll be next Thursday, May 30.
