Record producer Conroy Smith is determined to make his Love Star Music label into a global brand. The label, which was launched in 2019, has produced and released hits for several popular reggae and dancehall artistes including Richie Spice, Luciano, Macka Diamond, Mr Easy, Yasus Afari, Yaksta and Ginjah. "Over the past four years, we have created a foothold in the music industry by producing quality reggae and dancehall music that resonates with music lovers worldwide.

Now that we have made a name in the business, I plan to transform the label into a global brand. We have some big things in the making," said the producer. Smith is currently gearing up to drop the 'Common Out' rhythm.

The 13-song project will feature songs from artistes such as Navino, Pink Boss, King Muziah, Xsomo and Don G. "I'm convinced this project will be a club banger. Many people keep asking me where I got the rhythm because it's so hypnotic.

I have to give Nykka of Smashing Records full credit for creating it; he's also one of the featured artistes on the project," he said. Smith also revealed that he plans to release a one drop reggae project, the 'Real Love' rhythm, later this year. "I have a reggae project in the works which will feature songs from several artistes including JC Lodge, Turbulence, Natty King, Sunshine Velvet, and myself.

I'm currently wrapping up the production of this project because I want to drop it very soon," he said..
