Kate, 42, said she was "glad to be back" at Wimbledon today as the royal beamed alongside her daughter Princess Charlotte. The royal grinned from ear to ear as she proudly presented trophies to Wimbledon champion Carlos Alacaraz and runner-up Novak Djokovic after the intense Grand Slam.

Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams told The Sun: "I think it meant a tremendous amount for the Princess of Wales to firstly be there, carry out her duty as patron of the all England tennis club, and there's no question that Wimbledon is very close to her heart, as is the game of tennis.
