A stretch of land with its own stream, fishing rights and development potential has come on the market. The 5.3 acre patch of woodland lies at the entrance to the seaside village of Portreath, near .

The currently undeveloped site, known as The Valley Floor, is located to the south of Penberthy Road and sits between the coastal village of Portreath to the west and the smaller settlement of Bridge to the east, and is dissected by Portreath stream.
