After a four year hiatus, the Cranleigh Farm and Food Festival is returning to Surrey. Previously known as The Cranleigh Show, it will be an amalgamation of animal shows, live music and local food this July. There will be a bit of everything on the Cranleigh Showground on July 14.

Promising a celebration of Surrey’s finest food producers, countryside enthusiasts and farming culture, the festival aims to be the perfect family day out. It features an array of attractions from live music performances to local food producers from cheesemongers and ice cream vendors to butchers and bakeries. Performances will come from a live jazz band among other acts.

In addition to the food, the festival will also feature countryside displays, which organisers say will allow guests to reconnect with nature and appreciate the beauty of rural life. Livestock competitions will take centre stage in the main ring with vintage tractors, sheep shearing, wildlife displays, scurry driving and sheepdog demos also on offer.
