POKÉMON switched up the formula of its mainline games, and there are always monthly updates with extra gaming content. This includes seven-star raids, a type of difficult battle which can earn players super powerful Pokémon. 1 Fan-favourite Swampert is coming to seven-star raids starting this week In these difficult raids, you can team up with up to four other players – or go solo – to defeat the raid Pokémon and catch it.

This June, you will have the chance to catch Swampert the Unrivalled, a powerful version of the fan-favourite Generation 3 starter Pokémon. It will come with the Poison Tera type, and the ability Damp, which prevents Explosion-type moves. Like other seven-star raids, The Mighty Swampert will come at level 100, so you will need to match its level if you want a chance to catch it.

Swampert is also likely to have strong Water-, Ground-, and Poison-type moves, so you’ll need to prepare a tough Pokémon to take it down. You will have two weekends where you can encounter Swampert the Unrivalled, with one raid appearing on each day of the weekend. This will give you six chances to catch your own, though you will only be able to catch one Swampert total.

The first weekend that the Swampert is available starts on Friday, May 31, 2024, and ends on Sunday, June 2, 2024.
