The former This Morning presenter, 62, appeared to be unphased by the restrictions as he awaited his transport amid rumours of a TV comeback. The TV presenter has been keeping a relatively low profile since he sensationally quit This Morning after 21 years of fronting the show.

He released a statement at the time which said: "I have agreed to step down from This Morning with immediate effect, in the hope that the show can move forward to a bright future." It came after rumours emerged of a "fall-out" between him and his co-presenter Holly Willoughby , 43. Phillip then went on to admit to lying about having an "unwise but not illegal" relationship with a younger man.

It was a rather turbulent time for the former TV star who admitted he'd "lost everything" amid the scandal. Now, over a year since his explosive exit, Phillip is adjusting to life away from the spotlight and was spotted at Chiswick train station. In exclusive photos, Phillip discreetly puffed on his e-cigarette as he waited for a train on a bench.

While it is a harmless act, smoking of any kind at the train station is prohibited, with Phillip ignoring the notice. Instead, he sucked on hi.
