At the end of last year, rumours suggested that the Patta x Nike Air Max 1 ‘Chlorophyll’ was ready for a comeback. Considering this sneaker sold out in seconds back in 2009, sneakerheads were skeptical. But have you heard the good news? It turns out all those whispers were true.

Patta x Nike Air Max 1 ‘Chlorophyll’ Even though the Amsterdam -based boutique has teamed up with Nike many, many times in the past, this Air Max 1 is still considered to be a grail proper. It was released to clebrate the brand's fifth birthday, and now, it's restocking just in time for its big 20th anniversary which is coming up just around the corner. Designed on a white mesh base, it's overlaid by ‘Matte Silver’ nubuck across the lateral and medial sidewalls.

While 98 per cent of AM1s are then wrapped in leather or suede, Patta's version is decked out in ‘Chlorophyll’ green denim. This material extends from the back of heel all the way to the front of toebox, and it even makes an appearance on the Swoosh as well. The collab is then finished off with a special “Patta” tag that's stitched on the tongue, and for 2024's version, it'll come packed in an exclusive 20th anniversary box that's probably gonna be as collectible as the actual shoes themselves. Patta x Nike Air Max 1 ‘Chlorophyl.
