10, 2024. Bocage Champagne Bar This Phila Street spot is offering a carryout service for its caviar and lobster rolls. The caviar service includes Bocage’s private label osetra caviar, chive crème fraiche, blinis, North Fork potato chips and caviar spoons.
The petite lobster roll service includes six petit lobster rolls made from sustainably sourced lobster from Nova Scotia and North Fork potato chips. The lobster rolls are served chilled, tossed in Bocage’s house dressing and topped with fresh chives. The to-go service will be introduced for Belmont and available while supplies last throughout the summer.
