Professional skateboarder Tyshawn Jones was riding a bicycle in Paris when another passing cyclist kicked him off the bike. The whole incident was captured on video by an associate of Jones who was riding behind him. Jones , named skater of the year by skateboarding magazine Thrasher in 2018 and 2022, grew up in Hackensack and Soundview in the Bronx.

In the video, shared by Jones on Instagram and reshared by TMZ on social media, the other cyclist appears to kick out his leg as he speeds by, causing Jones to fall off the bike. Jones, 25, asked his Instagram followers if they knew who the mystery cyclist was. “I just wanna have a conversation with the bro, like, you know, why would you do that to such a good person?” he said.

“I tried to catch him, I just couldn’t catch him,” Jones said in another video. He promised to return to the scene of the kick, “same time, same hour, right on the dot,” to see if he could spot the cyclist again.
