There is good news for five of Bolton’s eateries as they are awarded high marks in recent food hygiene inspections , the Food Standards Agency’s website shows. Examining food handling, the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building and the management of food safety, inspectors have rated two eateries a five out of five and three eateries a four out of five food hygiene rating.
