A brand new bar and bistro offering a wide range of eclectic dishes and bottomless brunches has set up shop in the heart of Grimsby . Situated in Abbeygate, Better Days is the brainchild of Paige and Vicky Fytche-Crossman, who together run both Bar 41 and InsideOut on Sea View Street in Cleethorpes. Following a huge refurbishment, the quirky eatery is set to officially open to the public on Friday, May 31, and will serve an array of brunch options from the Better Days Flatbread, Fettucine Crepe and Eggs Benedict to sweet treats like the pancake stacker and French toast with a Biscoff drizzle.
