With this new agreement, the total number of units in development reaches 25, with plans to open five additional locations by the end of 2024. Leading the recent signed agreement are Dhruv Patel, along with partners Pratik Patel and Viral Patel, the primary operators behind Company LAXMI6714, known for their extensive experience in multi-unit and multi-brand operations.

The development deal encompasses one location already operating in the Independence, Ohio market. The Patels now aim to open an additional three locations over the next three years in Cuyahoga and Lake counties. With a robust background in owning and operating full and limited-service restaurants and hotels, including brands like Wayback Burgers, Barrio Taco, and Country Inn and Suites by Radisson, the trio identified Naf Naf as a strategic investment opportunity.
