A lovestruck woman who rekindled a teen romance with a convicted murderer says he's now her daughter's stepdad. Kat met her childhood sweetheart, Lazy, when they were 13, but they lost touch after he moved away. So when he reached out to Kat over Facebook three years ago and told her he was in prison, the pair decided to kickstart their relationship via prison visits, phone calls, letters and emails.

Lazy faces a long prison sentence of life without parole and an extra 35 and a half years. But if he is granted an appeal, he will be able to leave in eight months, according to Kat. Kat, who posts videos as katcsosaucyxo or Kat Tha Brat on TikTok, said even if her mother doesn't approve of him, she's "still gonna be with him".

She loves her "TikTok family", but Kat said she gets a "lot of hate", saying "people want to come for my motherhood". She told Love Don't Judge : "I saw he was doing life, and my heart broke. I feel like he thought we became an official couple the first day we started talking.

He called me his girlfriend, and I was like, 'you never asked me', and then he finally asked me on 3/16/21." Lazy has become her daughter's stepdad "due to their bond and relationship". Kat was initially nervous, as she had never introduced her to another man before and "especially somebody in prison".

Meanwhile, some of the feedback from the public has been negative, she said. One person said: "Why are you taking that girl to a prison to see a man that's not her father..

. you whack!.
