The young mum and daughter killed in a horror road smash are to be laid to rest tomorrow. The funeral for Aisling Moore (46) and little Abbigael Tournié Moore (8) who died in a smash near Foxford in Co Mayo will take place in their native Swinford at midday. The requiem mass will be held at Our Lady Help of Christians Church in the town before burial at Swinford cemetery.
The mother and daughter will be reposing at Swinford Cultural Centre from 5pm to 8pm today. Their death notice on RIP.ie reads: "The death has occurred of Aisling Moore and her beautiful daughter Abbigael Tournié Moore of Cois Coille, Swinford, Co.

"They will also be missed by Aisling parents Eamon and Noreen, brothers Eddie, Stephen and sister Anita, sisters in law Louise and Charline and brother in law Declan, nieces, nephews and all their extended and much loved family, neighbours and friends." They died in a fatal collision between a car and a lorry on Tuesday at around 5.45pm on the N26 in Lismoran, Foxford.
Ms Moore was the driver of the car that collided with the lorry. The driver of the lorry was taken to hospital with injuries.
