Veteran entertainer, Charles Oputa, popularly known as Charly Boy has tackled the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Nyesom Wike over a photo of him circulating on social media. Wike was seen in the viral video wearing a designer blue coat, blue pants, light blue shoes, and milk hat laced, while holding a black staff. The Versace denim outfit is said to be worth a staggering $1,400.
