Michael J. Fox is celebrating his son Sam Fox's 35th birthday. The "Back to the Future" franchise star, who turns 63 on June 9, honored his "best friend" in a special birthday post May 30 on Instagram.

If the image looks familiar, that's because it's the same one the actor posted last year when he jokingly wished his "big bouncing baby boy" a happy 34th.
