The popular McCain brand of frozen pizzas are sold at Woolworths and independent retailers including IGA across Australia. They are also sold at Coles and Aldi in NSW , ACT, Queensland, Victoria, South Australia , Northern Territory and Western Australia , and Drakes in QLD and SA.

Food Standards Australia and New Zealand has put out an alert about the recall, warning consumers not to eat the pizzas. The affected pizzas are McCain Ham & Pineapple Family Pizza 500g, with a best before date reading APR 2025 097, and McCain BBQ Chicken & Pineapple Family Pizza 500g, with best before dates of APR 2025 097 and APR 2025 098.
