Rita Ora and Sugababes have been announced as the final headliners for Manchester's Pride festival. The artists will be performing at the festival as part of its 2024 Gay Village Party programme. The entertainers will be joining the likes of and The Greatest Showman’s Keala Settle, in what the organisers are calling the biggest lineup yet.

Manchester Pride is considered one of the UK’s biggest weekends of protest and celebration - with hundreds travelling from Merseyside. The event, spread out over several days on the weekend, is jam-packed with activities for all ages to get involved in. For now, all eyes are on the line-up with Jessie J kicking things off on Friday, August 23.

This will be her first time performing in the city in six years. Whereas Broadway star Keala Settle will grace the stage for an evening of classic Pride anthems, accompanied by a live band. Other performers on Friday include drag artist BIMINI, and Trans Filth & Joy.

Manchester’s own 7-foot drag supermodel, Banksi, will be hosting a runway showcasing glamorous queer couture and fashion realness. Two-time winner and Swedish pop sensation, Loreen will headline The Village Stage on Saturday, August 24. Manchester Pride will witness one of the first performances of the 40-year-old’s new single ‘Forever’.

Joining the Saturday line-up is superstar, Rita Ora. This will be her since time performing at the event, having previously in 2018. On Sunday 25th August, is said to deliver a dose of nostalg.
