Christopher Korken (38), with an address listed as Sandhurst Road in Belfast, stole clothing worth £418 from Sports Direct on February 21 this year. He also stole alcohol and a packet of nuts worth £6.25 from Tesco on January 12 this year.

The court heard out of the 105 offences, 32 were for theft. Sentencing the defendant to six months in prison, suspended for two years, District Judge Nigel Broderick said the offences were "fuelled by addiction issues".
