A MAJOR warning has been issued to Green Day fans heading to tonight's gig at Bellahouston Park. Thousands of revellers are set to flock to the Glasgow park as the American rockers take to the stage. 2 Green Day are set to take to the stage at Bellahouston Park tonight Credit: The Mega Agency 2 The trio are currently on the UK leg of The Saviours Tour Credit: Getty Billie Joe Armstrong , Mike Dirnt and Tré Cool bring The Saviours Tour to Scotland after they kicked off the UK leg of the tour in Manchester last week.

The band will head to Dublin and then London to finish off the tour in Britain. It comes as the band celebrate the 30th anniversary of their 1994 certified Diamond album, Dookie. It is also the 20th anniversary of 2004’s hugely popular album American Idiot.

Ahead of the big event, where doors open at 5pm, Green Day fans will need to know what they can bring to the gig and what items are prohibited. Event organisers DF Concerts have revealed a list of banned items ahead of the concert.
