Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3's secret skin is releasing this week, with the X-Men villain Magneto set to arrive in the wasteland. Fortnite 's latest collab is set to arrive in-game this week. Despite a number of X-Men characters appearing in the game before now (there are around three variants of Wolverine alone) the series' main antagonist has never made an appearance – that is until now.
The master of magnetism himself – Magneto – arrives in Fortnite as the Chapter 5 Season 3 Battle Pass secret skin. Although given the apocalyptic theme of Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3, the skin is a unique version of the iconic character known as Wastelander Magneto (which leaves the normal version of the character to sell as an Item Shop skin later down the line most likely). Magneto will also arrive with some themed cosmetic items which are currently unknown, but we do know that he will have a second skin style featuring a helmetless look, allowing you to see those luscious white locks.
If you remember Chapter 5 Season 2, you'll undoubtedly remember that season's secret skin – Korra – bringing along Waterbending and cursing the meta for the rest of the season. Magneto is bringing a power of his own, and unsurprisingly its magnetism powers allow you to create a shield and fire projectiles at your enemies. Hopefully, it won't be as busted as Waterbending, but we'll find out soon enough.
