The plaintiff, Justen Lipeles, filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of those who attended the 65-year-old singer’s concert on March 7 in Inglewood, California at Kia Forum as part of her Celebration Tour. The lawsuit stated that Madonna, Live Nation and affiliated organisations ‘purposefully and deceptively’ withheld crucial concert information including the start time, according to documents obtained by The Blast .

The lawsuit continued that the Material Girl hitmaker demanded that the air-conditioning be turned off and told the crowd to take their clothes off if they were too hot. She then ‘forced [them] to watch topless women on stage simulating sex acts.
