Be it all-time favourite Jab We Met or cult classic Tamasha, the 52-year-old filmmaker has made a substantial fan base among cinema lovers with his remarkable storytelling. While talking about Madhubala’s Kismat Bungalow, he stated that people were generally not too keen to shoot there at night because they believed that her ghost haunted the place. Imtiaz mentioned that he would go to the quietest and darkest corners of that house alone and wonder if Madhubala’s ghost would come. Although he didn’t really believe in spirits, he remembered that feeling that wasn’t just horror but had a sense of awe and romanticism.
