A former Love Island star has dished the dirt on the villa's famous shower. Arabella Chi, a two-time Love Island contestant and recent participant in the show's All Stars spin-off, has opened up about her experiences and the inner workings of the villa. After coupling up with Northern Irish professional wrestler Adam Maxted during her latest stint though they've since parted ways she's ready to dish out advice to the new Islanders.

Arabella advised the current contestants to "forget they're being filmed" and abandon any strategic game plans. She also shared some juicy villa secrets, including the surprising fact that all contestants had to share a single shower. "Can you believe we had one shower between everyone? " she exclaimed, clarifying that it wasn't separated by gender but shared by all.

She went on to tell OK! Magazine : "That's why you see people using that tiny shower outdoors. Normally the guys would let the girls go first and if we were washing our hair, we'd need to announce it ahead of time so we had plenty of time." The 33-year-old London model also disclosed that the Islanders are kept in the dark about the time, with no clocks visible anywhere in the villa.

She estimated that the housemates probably wake up around 11am and don't hit the sack until somewhere between 3am and 4am. "It's a really long day and the challenges, in particular, take forever to film," she revealed. "We don't really do multiple takes or anything but it's not what it looks like on screen.
