Some had to kiss the Islanders they fancied the most, as others had to dance for the Islander of their choice. Patsy Field was tasked with sucking the fingers of two male Islanders she fancied, and one of them was Munveer Jabbal. Viewers were sure Patsy was giving away she fancied Munveer, and that he could be someone she goes for at some point on the show.
