Lorraine Kelly ’s daughter Rosie Smith has announced she is engaged to her partner Steve White. Rosie, 29, who is pregnant with their first child , revealed that Steve popped the question during a romantic holiday in Andalusia, Spain. Her mother was among the first to congratulate her, writing: ‘So happy – it’s such lovely news and I will have a son as well as a granddaughter.
