The former Lioness is the High Street retailer’s first ambassador for fitness clothes as it hopes to entice more customers. Scott, 39, said it was a ‘dream moment’ to join forces with the store.

‘M&S is such an iconic British brand, and I couldn’t be happier to be joining the team – definitely another “pinch-me” moment,’ she added. After years of its fashion ranges being derided as ‘dowdy’, M&S has swung back into style in more recent times. Sportswear is a growing area, including its own brand range Goodmove.
