Johannesburg sibling group Biko's Manna received a standing ovation and a yes from all four judges after performing on America's Got Talent (AGT). The group, also referred to as Biko's Manna and Mfundo, consists of singer Biko (17), guitar player Manna (14) and Mfundo (9). They performed Don't Worry Be Happy by Bobby McFerrin for the show's auditions and got a very positive response from the judges and audience.

The viral sensation has garnered millions of likes on TikTok, along with a lot of engagement on other platforms. They were invited to audition on Season 19 of the show due to their popularity. During the performance judge Simon Cowell could be heard saying, "I love them".
