Liberty Connections Farm in LaGrange is an 8-acre paradise that is home to Ted and Cheyenne, a pair of horses that help facilitate the learners along their journey of self-actualization, goal-setting and correcting various negative dynamics both at home and at work. It’s a method used successfully by businesses, sports teams, individuals and organizations looking to work better and live better — and have fun doing it.
Liberty Connections Farm is the brainchild and lifelong dream of founder and owner Jill Graydon, who provides a variety of Equine-Assisted Learning services and programs. Graydon says the programs are a powerful and effective approach to experiential learning that includes horses in uniquely designed activities to bring awareness to the individuals involved. “By including horses in the activities, a facilitator can observe non-verbal communication between the horse and the participant,” she explained.
