New Delhi: An adaptation of Iwaaki Hitoshi’s manga series “Tanabata no Kuni” is the basis for the Japanese science fiction mystery series Land of Tanabata. From 1996 to 1999, the chapters of the manga were compiled into four tankōbon volumes and published in Shogakukan’s seinen manga magazine Big Comic Spirits. Now, the live-action version of Hitoshi Iwaaki’s Tanabata no Kuni manga has been given a premiere date of July 4 on Disney Plus Hotstar .
The English title of the series is Land of Tanabata.
