Over 75% of employees at the Public Authority for Manpower maintained their working hours, with 25% on justified leaves. Unexplained absences will face scrutiny from the Civil Service Bureau. Government institutions in Kuwait returned to work with renewed enthusiasm, although a few employees continued to enjoy their post-Eid vacations, particularly during the summer and travel season, returning with high morale and readiness to tackle the challenges ahead.
