Social media users slammed the star's apparent attempt to upstage the bride on her special occasion. According to some on Instagram , the SKIMS founder suffered a fashion fashion faux pas twice during the lavish three-day celebration. Throughout the occasion, Kim showcased four outfits - and took to Instagram to share them with her fans.
For one outfit , she opted for a white look, while another saw her wear pale pink. Her other two looks had her dressed in bright red. However, it was her bold choice of red looks that had fans slamming the star.
She posted a snap of her racy, scarlet Gaurav Gupta ensemble with a halter-style. Her wrapped top was paired with a matching skirt, but the star of The Kardashians was criticised by many in the comments section. One user fumed: "Not supposed to wear red to a wedding in India.
That's saved for the bride." Another agreed, writing: "I'm Mexican & even I know your [sic] NOT supposed to wear Red to an Indian wedding," adding a face palm emoji. Despite the backlash from some, Kim appeared to shrug off the criticism and shared another image from the ceremony on Monday.
