The pop star completely won Vogue magazine’s fashion event, “ Vogue World: Paris , ” on Sunday when she made a surprise appearance on the runway wearing a gorgeous Noir by Kei Ninomiya gown. The beautiful, albeit risqué, dress featured floral details around the skirt and extreme cutouts that elegantly hugged Perry’s body.
