After becoming a household name as glamour model Jordan in the late 1990s, Katie Price reverted to her “real” name about 15 years ago. But it seems not even Katie’s younger sister knows the mum-of-five’s real name. Chatting with her on the Katie Price Show podcast, Sophie Price expressed her amazement that the headline-grabbing celebrity’s full name is – apparently – “Katrina Alexander [sic] Alexia Price.

” But then Katie corrected her, saying: “Actually, it's Katrina Amy Alexandra Alexis Infield Price.” Sophie then responded: "Mate, I can't deal with that many names." Katie’s father was called Ray Infield.

It was only after 1988, when her mum married builder Paul Price, that she started using her new stepdad’s surname. Katie formally changed her name in 1995, and it was at around that time that she decided to lose some of the extra baggage her mum had added to her birth certificate. “What was Mum on?” she joked in the podcast.

“That’s why I've changed it just for Katie Price.” Surprisingly, given how many names she’s had over the years, it emerged this week that Katie doesn’t carry any identification. She proudly told how she had recently been asked for ID in Waitrose .

She explained how she had popped out to Waitrose to buy a new carving knife, without purring her signature warpaint on: “I've got no extensions in, and maybe my boobs are flat, and I've got no makeup on, and maybe I look younger, I don't know.” The person at the chec.
