The actress believed that the song did not just become 'iconic' as it was always iconic even when they were filming it.

In an interview with Grazia India, Kareena Kapoor stated, ''I think it’s amazing because 20 years later, it truly is iconic. It was iconic then when we were actually doing it.'' she continued, ''Making the tattoos, making the eyes.
