Shortly after his arrest in the Hamptons, Justin Timberlake has sold his Tennessee property. The Cry Me A River singer listed the 127-acre property a year ago for $10 million, and it has officially sold for $8 million , according to The Robb Report . Just last week, Timberlake was arrested in the Hamptons following a night out in Sag Harbor.
He was pulled over in his BMW X7 after running a stop sign, then taken into custody for driving while intoxicated. " The property is located in the affluent Franklin neighborhood, right outside Nashville. He purchased the sprawling acreage in 2015 for $4 million from Aubrey Preston , a local philanthropist and preservationist. The 127 acres were originally a part of Preston’s 224-acre property, which is protected against development through The Land Trust for Tennessee.
