John Ruffini was a loved husband, father, brother and grandfather. He was strong, kind and playful! John was born and raised in Canon City, CO, to Rudolph and Mildred (Wilkerson) Ruffini. It was here that he married his first wife, Debbie (Sprague) Ruffini.

Together, they had three daughters: Julia, Lori and Cary Ruffini. In 1987, he moved to Hemet, CA to start a new life and adventure. He was a skilled electrician, and eventually owned his own business, Dovey Electric.

In 1991, he married the love of his life, Rebecca (Martin) Ruffini. They created a beautiful life together in Hemet. They enjoyed spending time in the backyard oasis that they created that was full of fruit trees and exotic plants, which John took great interest and pride in.

It was here that they would hike the trails with their beloved dog Sassy. Health and wellness were always of great importance to John. He enjoyed lifting weights and riding bikes.

He continually educated himself on how to stay healthy and well. Our dad was hardworking and a skilled mechanic. He took great interest in working on cars and motorcycles.

So many wonderful memories were made on the back of his red Kawasaki Ninja! No matter if it was work or play, John could always be found in his signature Levi’s and workboots. John is survived by his three daughters; Julie (Tom) Browning, Lori (Gerry) Meloni and Cary (Shane) Rowe, and his three sons; Jerry (Dana) King, Jesse (Wendy) King and Justin King (deceased).
