Jeremy Clarkson has addressed the horrific video circulating on social media showing a baby cow being hit by a police car twice. The 10-month-old calf, called Beau Lucy, had been roaming the streets of Surrey loose on Friday night, when police rammed into the animal, sending it flying across the road, before trapping it underneath the car. Video footage has caused outrage online, with the likes of Chris Packham blasting the incident and the ‘monster’ involved, and now Jeremy has followed suit.
