A recent Jeopardy question has left fans shocked after not one contestant got it correct. On Wednesday night's game, Kelly Prolux aimed to win her second game against Issac Hirsch and Dana Keane. At the beginning of Jeopardy , one category titled Picture The Hit Song involved stock images that were tied to a famous musician and their hit songs.
Isaac was the first player to pick the category and they seemed to be getting them all correct - except the question worth $1,000. When the picture popped up, it showed a man and his daughter dancing around and smiling while the father wore a pink tutu. Host Ken Jennings , 50 read the clue, "Luther Vandross' tribute to his own dad.
" Kelly, Isaac, and Diane did not buzz in, with the host giving them the name of the hit, "That song was called Dance With My Father." The late R&B singer released the song in 2003 and was awarded Song of The Year at the 2004 Grammy Awards . By the end of the episode, Isaac was crowned the winner and continued his reign during Thursday's competitive game.
However, fans were left unamused that the music question was left unanswered. On a Jeopardy-themed Reddit forum, viewers shared their shock. "I'm sad that Luther Vandross was a triple stumper," one wrote.
Another replied, "Yes, that is a beautiful song!" "I said to my wife that these contestants are never going to get that one," exclaimed a third. The triple stumper wasn't the first time all three contestants missed a music-related question on the game show .
