After producing and starring in Netflix’s The Mother and Atlas , Jennifer Lopez is reportedly expanding her portfolio on the streaming giant with an adaptation of Emily Henry’s book Happy Place . The title is one of the American author’s bestselling and most-loved novels alongside Beach Read and People We Meet on Vacation , which are also currently being adapted into movies.

However, Lopez may be creating a series instead of a film based on the book, according to Deadline . It reports that Netflix has optioned the book for Lopez’s Nuyorican Productions, and that “producers and streaming executives are currently meeting with writers.” The series will be produced by Lopez, with her partners Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas and Benny Medina.

For those who are unfamiliar with the book, it tells the story of a former couple, Harriet and Wyn, who abruptly break up after being together since college. The duo, which seems to be perfect for each other, then form a pact to pretend to be in a relationship while going a week-long vacation with unknowing their best friends.
