It is with great sadness that the family of James Peter Kuluski announce his passing on June 12, 2024 after a courageous battle with Melanoma. He was surrounded by the love of his family at home as we were able to honour his final wish of passing in his family home. Jimmy leaves behind his loving wife, Maureen of 54 years.
Together they created a loving home for their family and a wonderful life together as they enjoyed the adventures that life placed upon them. Jimmy was proud of his children Kandace (Bill), Kevin (Gloria), Kathy (Charlie) and their accomplishments in life. His granddaughters were his pride and joy, Ashley (Kyle), Kourtney (Korey), and his special miracle Annika, who was his forever sidekick.
Jimmy was thrilled when he became a great-grandfather to Benjamin and Elaina James. He will be missed by his furry side-kick Bailey. Jimmy is also survived by his siblings Linda, David (Jerrie) and Skip (Taimi) and numerous nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents Peter and Olga Kuluski and sister Patricia Lamont. Jimmy worked until the closure of Northern Woods Preservers, starting at the age of 16. Upon retirement Jimmy created his own jobs.
He found comfort and companionship working alongside Chris Stemberger at Giant Bay Auto, where he truly enjoyed the company of everyone who stopped by the shop. Later he joined his son becoming the "self-appointed Warehouse Supervisor" at Official Parcel Service (OPS), where he was greatly respected and made many new friends.
