A MOTHER has revealed that normally her food shop is so expensive, but now she’s found a place that’s super cheap. Molly Champion, 23, a mum-of-two under three explained that now she goes to Heron Foods every week and “raids” the place for cheap snacks. The content creator, who is mother to Ember-Oak and Darla-Dove, explained that she now gets her weekly haul for just £11 - including drinks, cookies, crisps and even jars of baby food.

Showing off her impressive haul online, Molly shared a clip in her local Heron Foods, leaving many open-mouthed. Heron Foods has hundreds of locations across the UK and prides itself on offering "big-name bargains for less". Heron Foods was a family business until it was bought by B&M Stores in 2017.

Since then the company has expanded rapidly and employs over 5000 people across 300 stores. The majority of locations are in the North East and Midlands but the network is increasing, with some stores already in Cardiff and Luton. Showing off the cut-price buys in the less-known bargain supermarket, the food fan and savvy mum said: “If you want to know how I only managed to spend £11 on all this baby food, keep watching.

“If you don't know me, my name is Molly and I've got two little girls under three. “Judging by that sentence, the food shop is very expensive, so every other week I go into my local Heron Foods and I raid the place.” Molly picked up baby food jars, cookies and biscuits, before nabbing branded juice and sweets.
