DONALD Trump’s daughter, Ivanka, believed that her father had a special guardian angel looking over him as a bullet nearly fatally hit him on Saturday night. On Saturday evening, the former president was the target of an assassination attempt during a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. Trump described the bullet which “whizzed” by his ear, leaving him wounded, one victim dead, and two others critically injured.
“I was shot with a bullet that pierced the upper part of my right ear. I knew immediately that something was wrong in that I heard a whizzing sound, shots, and immediately felt the bullet ripping through the skin,” the former president wrote in a statement. “Much bleeding took place, so I realized then what was happening.
