But this new ID.7 is not just like a Passat – it’s like a Passat on steroids. I mean the first thing that you will notice when you see it in the flesh is the sheer size of it.

It is like the Volkswagen group has pulled on both the front and back ends to stretch it like a transformer toy. It actually measures more than five metres long. However, even with its sheer size it still oozes class and style in the looks department.

On the outside, the new ID.7 features a sleek profile and a roofline that slopes elegantly to the rear in a coupé style – somewhat similar to that in the ID.5 I must say.
