Meatballs, music and more will be part of an Auburn bar's second annual Italian Heritage Festival, taking place Saturday, June 29. A.T.
Walley & Co. at 119 Genesee St. will host the festival from 11 to 9 p.
m. in the State Street Plaza next door. It will feature Italian food and attractions and an Uncle Louie variety show at 1 p.
m. At 2:30 p.m.
there will be a meatball eating contest, starting with "the famous march of the meatballs," A.T. Walley said in a news release.
The winner of the contest will receive $500 toward their favorite charity. The festival will also include live music by The Dean's List at 3 p.m.
and the Diana Jacobs Band at 6 p.m. Admission is free and open to the public.
