Indiana Fever fans went crazy after Caitlin Clark pulled off what could very well be the Assist of the Year against the Minnesota Lynx on Sunday. With less than 90 seconds remaining in the first quarter, Clark found some space in the middle of the Lynx defense. After seeing Lexie Hull move towards that space near the basket, the sharpshooter knew immediately what to do.

Clark quickly threw the ball in anticipation of Hull getting to it, and she couldn't have delivered it more perfectly despite both her and her teammate being guarded tightly. Hull proceeded to bank the reverse layup to extend the Fever's lead. Michael Chow / USA TODAY NETWORK Sure enough, fans absolutely loved Clark's epic assist and were quick to heap praise on her.
